U.S. National Park Service (LCNHT)
The Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail is managed by the U.S. National Park Service. Circa 2019, staff at their headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska asked that their 2009 pictorial inventory of interpretive signs, markers, and statues be converted into a database. The original Excel spreadsheets were shaped and imported into a database by Kristopher K. Townsend. The inventory is presented here in a series of pages organized by state or region.
The hope is that viewers will keep this database current by forwarding more recent pictures and informing us of changes, omissions, and deletions. If you can help, contact editor@trailresearch.org.
