Lewis and Clark Across the Mountains, published in cooperation with the Idaho State Historical Society, presents in words, maps, and photographs the route of the Lewis and Clark Expedition including Lemhi Pass, Lemhi River, North Fork Salmon River, and Lost Trail Divide. The route continues up the Bitterroot River Valley, climbs to Lolo Pass, and continues to Lewiston, Idaho. Also included is Sgt. Ordway’s fishing trip to the Salmon and Snake Rivers and Clark’s 1806 return over Gibbons Pass and the Big Hole Valley.

Now out of print, the author wishes to provide public access in hopes that some will find the information useful.
